"Kairos interior were the 2nd interior company that we contacted when we wanted to renovate our newly purchased condominium at Rivervale Crest. From day 1 their detailed approach impressed me. Alex and YK took all the measurements and we felt they knew what they were doing and this was very different from the approach of the first company. Being an engineer myself, I was happy and knew that the quotation will be more precise. Quotation was clear and understandable and options were well defined. The execution process was as per the timeline mentioned and the flat was handed over on time. Also the change orders were well documented and reasonable. The workmanship and finishing was very pleasing and we kept receiving suggestions regarding colour and materials from Kairos that we appreciate. "I would like to thank Yeekuang for the wonderful job he did in designing our home, especially the kitchen and wardrobe spaces. What impressed us most was his ability to maximize space while ensuring the design remained practical and aesthetically pleasing. We initially struggled with where to place the refrigerator, as we wanted a larger kitchen island but were concerned about the limited kitchen space. Yeekuang proposed relocating the refrigerator closer to the entrance and extending the kitchen island from one end of the kitchen to the other. This creative solution made perfect use of the available space and gave us the spacious island we had envisioned. Yeekuang was also extremely responsive throughout the renovation process. He was always prompt in answering our questions, whether they were related to electrical works, furniture placement, or the finer details of the layout. In addition, his experience and foresight were invaluable. For example, he advised us that one area of the kitchen did not require additional power switches, helping us avoid unnecessary costs while maintaining functionality.
